Eligibility for Membership
AWCI Australia welcomes members from all facets of the wall and ceiling industry, including contractors, manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers. Membership is open to individuals or entities who align with our mission and meet the criteria outlined in our Constitution.

 

Application Process

  1. Complete the membership application form, available online or via request.
  2. Submit the form to AWCI Australia for review by the Board or its delegate.
  3. The Board reviews and either approves or declines the application. Written notice of the decision will be sent within a reasonable time.
  4. Upon approval, membership becomes effective upon payment of applicable fees and entry into the register of members.

Membership Fees

  • Fees vary based on membership class or category and are determined annually by the Board.
  • Members are required to pay fees on time to maintain membership status. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of membership.
  • Reinstatement is possible upon payment of outstanding fees and Board approval.

Ceasing Membership.
 Membership may cease due to:

  • Voluntary resignation.
  • Non-payment of fees.
  • Breach of membership obligations.
  • Ineligibility or expulsion.
    Members who cease membership are not entitled to refunds but remain liable for any outstanding fees.

Suspension or Expulsion
The Board reserves the right to suspend or expel members for violations of the Constitution, Code of Conduct, or actions detrimental to AWCI Australia. Members will receive written notice and have the opportunity to appeal decisions.

Register of Members
AWCI Australia maintains a register of members with details such as names, membership status, and contact information.
