The answer is simple: for our industry to gain the respect it deserves; we must first respect it ourselves. And that begins with backing our national association. Drawing from my experience with Master Electricians Australia and the Australian Institute of Architects—both national bodies—I've seen firsthand the benefits a unified association brings.
