Where the dwelling has been inundated with flood waters, it will be most likely that affected plasterboard will need to be removed.
In many cases it will be obvious where plasterboard has been soaked or contaminated but if in doubt, seek the advice of a professional tradesman to assess necessary actions.... Plasterboard Rectification Resulting From Flood Inundation 24th September 2024

Dear Members, I wish to make an announcement regarding the AWCI Australia CEO position to members and the industry, Rob Lucas our current CEO is departing the position of CEO, and we are pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Tengende as the next CEO to lead us forward as a National Association..
AWCI members, the following information is important for all concerned in the wall and ceiling industry. As of May 1 2023 new building projects approved are to be built to the NCC 2022, the NCC 2022 refers to the standard AS 5216:2021 Design of post-installed and cast-in fastenings in concrete.... IMPORTANT: Technical Information 24th July 2024
AWCI members, the following information is important for all concerned in the wall and ceiling industry.
