AWCI Australia Mentoring Program – Expression of Interest
AWCI Australia is launching a national Mentoring Program to support our members and apprentices through structured, relatable, and practical guidance. We are seeking industry professionals and luminaries who are ready to share their lived experience and contribute to the future of the wall and ceiling industry.
As a mentor, you will be part of a cohort trained and supported by AWCI Australia to deliver controlled one-on-one and group mentoring. Your life and business experience will form the foundation of your mentoring portfolio and will be developed in partnership with AWCI Australia.
We welcome EOIs from individuals who meet one or more of the following criteria:
- Have lived experience as an apprentice within the last 5–10 years
- Have scaled a plastering business in the domestic or commercial sector
- Have successfully operated across multiple sectors of the industry
- Have overcome business hardship and applied those lessons
- Have delivered significant or complex projects
- Have a desire to give back and uplift others in the trade
